Our Story

The Montellano Event Center was established in 2016. We are a family/investor owned and operated facility with a passion for all things wedding! We cannot wait to meet you and help to make the biggest day of your life the easiest day of your life.

While this may seem obvious to some, we should go ahead and mention that we are ready, willing and able to host so many more events than just weddings! Now don't get us wrong, weddings are our passion. Our facility is set up for weddings, both indoors and out. When you come in for a tour, you will be escorted through our Groom's Room, Bridal Suite, Ceremony Room, Reception Hall, Partially Covered Patio and Outdoor Ceremony Site. However! These rooms could easily be altered to serve as Private Suites or Breakout Rooms, Banquet Halls complete with a stage and audio visual (AV) equipment, Conference Rooms, etc. The partially covered patio can serve as an outdoor mingling area for our corporate clients to enjoy a mid-summer cocktail hour. Live bands can be set up both indoors or out, remember we reside on 10 acres of land! We have been honored to host a handful of Life Celebrations, Memorial Services, Dinners, High School Reunions, Milestone Birthday and Anniversary Parties, Sorority Formals etc. Basically, if you can dream it up, we can make it happen!

We have a few Go-To vendors, just in case you need help with planning your next event! We do allow outside vendors, so if you already have your heart set on one, no worries there! We have all-inclusive packages and hourly packages as well! We can be as involved or as uninvolved as you want us to be. Your wish is our command! (well. .. within reason)

For catering, we almost always refer to Abbey Road Catering, based out of Norman. Abbey Road Catering has been in business for over two decades now and their service is exquisite. We can absolutely guarantee you will not be disappointed. Often, we hear our clients mention how easy it would be to simply cater the event themselves. It can't be that hard, can it? Maybe not, but on the biggest day of your life (or for any event in which you are searching for a large event center to host all your guests), do you really want to worry about the food? The plates, forks, silver, glassware, chafing dishes, restocking the buffet tables, cleaning / bussing guest tables as they eat, taking out the trash and making certain the kitchen is up to health code standards of clean... Um, no. Let's leave that to the professionals! Again, the service, the quality, the professionalism that goes into every event is second to none!

For Floral Designs, we recommend the fabulous Tony Foss Flowers. He IS fabulous, and he will tell you that. His arrangements are absolutely amazing. If you want to wow your guests, Tony is the man to see! For DJ and Entertainment Services, we use 405 Productions. They are top notch when it comes to getting your party started. They have DJ’s and MC’s, they can bring uplighting, cold spark creations, photobooths and more! For any rentals you might desire, check out Mood Party Rentals! Ashlee and Tiffany are the sweetest! If they don't have something you are needing, they can tell you where to find it!
