~ Full use of the entire 10,000 square foot facility and 10 acres of land from 10am to Midnight (unless otherwise noted)
Includes Grand Ceremony Room, Reception and Dining Hall, Elegant and Private Separate Bridal & Groom Suites, Full Service In-House Bar, Outdoor Patio & Ceremony Site

~ Full access to all Property for Photographic Use at anytime the facility is not hosting a private event

~ Full use of all Audio Visual Equipment (sound tech included)

~ Full Service Montellano Event Staff & Management
Includes management staff for the full duration of your event, special attending staff assigned to the Bride and her party, full service licensed bartenders and event staff assigned for help with set up, breakdown and clean up

~ ”Day Of” coordination and personalized event layout with unlimited meetings

~ Mahogany Chiavari Chairs (Inside Use) or Mahogany Folding Garden Chairs (Outdoor Ceremony and Patio Use)

~ Round Reception Tables with Floor Length Ivory Table Linens, 10 guests per table (unless otherwise noted)

~ All necessary round and/or rectangular tables to accommodate buffet or food items, cakes, gifts, sign-in, wedding party or sweetheart table, tea/water/coffee and DJ set up (all tables include Floor Length Ivory Table Linen with the exception of the beverage and DJ tables which include Floor Length Black Table Linens) 

~ Non-alcoholic Beverage service of Tea & Water (served in glassware) and Coffee

~ Security (4hr service) & Parking Attendants (1.5hr service)

~ Pre-scheduled use of facility for fully coordinated rehearsal for not longer than 1 hour (date and time to be set according to booking schedule)
